Health: It is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being, and not only the absence of diseases.Good health is also a source of human happiness. With good health you can do your routine work very actively.

                        You should eat healthy to keep your self fit.

Drink lots of water.


Eat fruits and vegetables.



Include exercise in your daily routine.


Importance of Health

 

Good health and wellness is very important for humans. Daily activity 

and exercises are playing important role to improve our health condition. 

In busy schedule we neglect our health but it is fact that "HEALTH IS 

WEALTH".


Physical activities and exercises can improve your health and reduce the 

chance of developing several diseases.


Following are the tips which can help to improve health and keep you fit

mentally and physically also.

 




TIPS:

 


LEMON: Start your day with a glass of lemon water. It’s a rich source of

 vitamin C and potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium etc. Lemon 

juice is also an effective way to reduce weight. Simply add the juice of half

 a lemon in warm water of glass. Drinking lemon juice with warm water on 

an empty stomach every morning can develop surprising results.

 



EXERCISE: Working out early in the morning is suggested for good 

health different exercise and physical activities are playing major role for

 upgrade your energy levels and your circulation.



 





EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST: Use protein in your breakfast.

 Breakfast is very important source to keep you healthy whole day.

 


 

EAT NATURAL FOOD: Natural food is very helpful for good health.

Use vegetables and fruits in your daily routine avoid junk food.

 

DRINKING: Drinking water is good to boost your concentration and 

keep balance your energy level balance.





 

SLEEP: Get seven to eight hours of sleep each day. Complete sleeping

 is very necessary for your good health.
