Physical activities are very important for children. Children need to be active every day to promote their healthy growth and development. Physical activities play vital role for youth to reduce the risk of stress and depression. Kids who include physical activities in their daily routine they always look physically perfect and healthy. It is very necessary for you to encourage your child to do some physical activities every day. These activities are great fun and important for learning and health development.

 

WHAT ARE THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN

 

First of all for each activity include a warm up and cool down session.

Dress up according to the weather like use sunblock, a hat and sun glasses for warmer weather.

Use protective equipment of your size for your safety during playing games.

Take small water break among the activities.

Drink water before and after the activity.

In schools sports are very important for students. So school management need to pay special attention on management and encourage students for playing games. A person who plays regular sports develops a healthy body and mind. Playing games in schools level is need of every student. It gives experience of working with different kind of people in different situation. Through sports children learn to respect and follow the rules and regulations.
