While whole day our skin is playing main role and work with us as other body parts are working. So we need to pay special attention on our skin as paying other parts.

Proper skin care is important because our skin is the largest barrier against infection that we have. Keeping our skin healthy and moist helps keep this barrier strong. When the skin gets dry or irritated by harsh soaps, cracks in the skin can occur.

Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins c which are very helpful for skin care and also heal blemishes (marks/ spots) heal properly. Eat a minimum of five portion of fruits and vegetables in your daily routine.

Use natural products: Always prefer to use natural ingredients for your skin care. In the market most of the products like face mask, soap and creams etc. are include chemicals. Use of water: Water is very beneficial for our skin. You have to drink at least eight glass of water daily. Water play vital role for skin health and beauty. Our skin is made up of water. So without water it cannot perform its functions properly. Toner: Toner is also good source of skin care. Toner used after washing your face, and it helps smooth and calm skin while repairing nutrients.




Moisturizer: Moisturizers is very necessary for every type of skin so maintain a routine to moisturize your skin regularly. It should be used every time you wash your face, even if you have oily skin. If you have this type of skin, choose an oil-free or gel product.



Sunscreen: Whenever you go outdoor always use sunscreen or sun block. Even if your moisturizer has a sunscreen, use a separate sunscreen every day, even if it’s cloudy weather. Choose one that provides broad-spectrum safety and has an SPF of at least 30. It help to protect your skin from UV (ultraviolet) radiation and sun burn.
