playing main role and work with us as other body parts are working. So we need

You have to drink at least eight glass of water daily. Water play vital role
for skin health and beauty. Our skin is made up of water. So without water it

is also good source of skin care. Toner used after washing your face, and it
helps smooth and calm skin while repairing nutrients.

is very necessary for every type of skin so maintain a routine to moisturize
your skin regularly. It should be used every time you wash your face, even if
you have oily skin. If you have this type of skin, choose an oil-free or gel
product.
Sunscreen: Whenever
you go outdoor always use sunscreen or sun block. Even if your moisturizer has
a sunscreen, use a separate sunscreen every day, even if it’s cloudy weather.
Choose one that provides broad-spectrum safety and has an SPF of at least 30. It
help to protect your skin from UV (ultraviolet) radiation
and sun burn.
